Watch the harbor. The commercial shipping lanes mix directly with local fishing traffic, requiring complex navigational coordination just outside the main breakwater. Microclimates are real. It can be perfectly clear at the coastal Lido pools while an impenetrable rainstorm hammers the Monte suburb mere kilometers up the steep hillside. Check before driving. Afternoon congestion along the main artery roads usually peaks around 17:00, so viewing the cameras prevents you from sitting motionless in frustrated urban gridlock.
