How to Get There
Rabacal is located on the Paul da Serra plateau, accessible via road ER110. There is a parking area at the trailheads. The journey from Funchal takes about 1 hour.
Best Time to Visit
Rabacal can be visited year-round, but spring and summer offer better conditions. Avoid days of heavy rain due to slipping risk.
